Our unique specialist staff have completed courses in Liquor Licensing, Cocktail Making, Beermasters, Business Skills for Cooks, Coffee Training, Food Safety Handler Level 1, Food Safety Supervisor Level 2 and Waiter Training (Service Cycle) just the name a few.
