All of our security staff have the required police approved security licences, their Senior First Aid Certificate and have undertaken a course in Customer Relations.

Our crowd controllers are encouraged to undertake specialised training in the safe removal of problem patrons, conflict resolution, responsible service of alcohol, incident and report writing.
